Here we go: please define "lowball offer". There's been a many-o-thread on it, but no agreed on answer. Regardless of the item, will you offer 25%, or 35% or 50% less than asking price?

In my opinion low ball offer is what the item is actually worth as opposed to what the seller told his wife what it is worth..
I especially like the lowball offer responses with "good luck hope you can find one this cheap" then a week later when they haven't sold it yet ask you if you're still interested LOL
