Item Description: OK guys. I have discovered I am not a boat person. I bought this about ten years ago and simply do not use it much anymore. It has not been in the water for over three years.

That's also the problem. I parked it and left it. Haven't done ANYTHING with it. Everything on it worked fine when I parked it, but now the batteries are dead and won't take a charge. The steering system is locked up and needs the old grease removed and replaced. The gas needs to be replaced and the it will probably need new plugs. I don't know of any other issues with it other than the bilge pump went out and I removed it and plugged the drain. But again, it has not even been cranked in over three years.

This boat is very versatile. I have duck hunted from it in both fresh and salt water. I have used it on large lakes and Tampa Bay for fishing and have had as many as eight people fishing from it at one time. It's stable as a rock and has a shallow enough draft that I have poled the flats with it. I have even used it in relatively small lakes with trolling motor only rules.

The retail price for the closest equivalent available today is over $17,000 without any electronics, trolling motor or the custom aluminum trailer I replaced the galvanized one with. This is the modern version of this boat:

It won't let me do a direct link, so look up the "TRACKER® GRIZZLY® 2072 CC" It's under "Welded Jon & Utility Boats"

If I put a few hundred dollars in it and took the time to fix it up I believe I could get $7000.00 to $10,000.00 for it, but I don't have the time or inclination to do that.

20 feet long. 60hp Tracker motor, 24 volt Minn Kota Riptide trolling motor, Lowrance LMS320 sonar/GPS.

If you want a great boat at a great price and are willing to give it a little TLC, this is the one for you.

To give you some perspective on the price I'm asking, just the custom aluminum trailer cost me about $2000.00. Even if you don't want to keep the boat, you can put a little money and time into it and sell it for a hefty profit. The only reason I don't do that myself is because I literally do not have the time. I am working seven days a week for about 12 hours a day for the foreseeable future.
