Item Description: I didn't know exactly what i had so I emailed the wonderful company in Germany and posting results below. This is a year 2000 men's pin as it is right at 2" not the women's which is 30mm
The box which says 2000 is VERY hard to find and mine has some "issues" as seen in pictures. It can be cleaned up if that's what you want. As far as the pin it is in very good + condition as seen in pics. I do have more pictures if you need?

These so called Ducal Decorations were made for Krewe of Rex, a Carnival Club in New Orleans LA.
Rex is one of the most prestigious Krewes of the N.O. Carnival.
The orders were handled by Mr. Blaine Kern and his company Blaine Kern Artists in N.O.
And some also by Adler Jewellers in N.O.
We manufactured these decorations for a number of years.
There was a larger version for the men.about 2 " in size
And a smaller one, a Ladies' pin of about 30 mm diameter
