Item Description: I'm selling my Adventure bike. This is KTM's top of the mountain adventure bike that is one of the most technologically advanced on the market. Features a 1290 LC8 V-twin motor 1301cc displacement putting out 160 horsepower! The SAT will never be considered a slouch, especially when it weighs just over 500 pounds with its eight-gallon fuel tank. Range is awesome and road tours are a pleasure. It also has a finger light slipper clutch and six-speed transmission. This bike is crazy powerful and FAST! It has WP suspension, including 48mm forks, is semi-active and fully adjustable at the left handlebar for selectable riding styles and loads. The electronics package is purpose-selectable. There are four modes of traction control and power delivery including Off-road, Sport, Street and Comfort. Combined ABS is standard and lean sensitive. Brembo brakes, two 320mm discs up front--with an Offroad ABS mode that only functions on the front wheel, allowing the rider to slide the rear wheel while in dirt and gravel. One feature that isn't adjustable is Motor Clip Regulation, which is designed to keep the Super Adventure T stable when accelerating hard on slick surfaces (active traction control.) There is also a Rain mode in the traction control feature that limits wheel speed and power output. Tire pressure monitoring system standard. Continental TKC80s front and rear. "Farkles" include- GARMIN ZUMO 396 mounted and wired, ROX risers, Adventure designs highway pegs, Tusk pannier racks for soft luggage system, Giant Loop tank bag, Cyclops LED headlights, upgraded LED signals/tail light, all books in the folder and KTM tool kit included in the sale.
