I think it has a aftermarket stock, and yes i think its thumbhole, plus a wood stock, countless mags, and ammo.

Countless mags and ammo.....I would be slightly more specific because if its truly COUNTLESS then Ill take it! I will quit my job and do nothing but sell surplus AK mags and ammo all day because I will never run out.

Did someone cut up the top receiver cover to put on the scope mount?

It looks like a standard MAK90 with Tapco furnature.

The one on the gun is a side mount to the left side of the gun. The stock piece i guess its what it is, is good and in a bag of stuff not shown.

For best pic results take the rifle outside and take pics. Daylight is the best for guns in my opinion.
