Sweet! Yamato ready to sail? Any electronics/motors?

Yes. Ready to sail. It has 4 props counter rotating props (very small) 1 motor and Transmitter/Receiver from RC Helicopter kit. The gearbox is Tamiya.
I've run this several times at Allatoona. It did not come as an RC kit. I scratch built the RC design. Deck is sealed but center section is removable for access to the battery, motor, gears and mechanical steering servo. It's seaworthy
but all the small scale deck pieces are fragile. It can take waves but not rough handling.
