Level 3 is rated to stop M80 ball at 2800fps. These plates also have the full anti spall coat on them meaning it will minimize the amount of shrapnel from the projectile that hits the plate. It “captures” the round if you will. Weighs in the area of 25lbs and add more to that when you have full loaded mags and other gear on the carrier.
