Item Description: Up for sale is my Jim Crawley's Colonial Castings Company Canoe Motor Mount. I have had this thing since the olden times and it is time for it to go to someone who will use it. I never attached it to canoe or other type of boat. It's fasteners are all metal and in perfect shape. It was made long before the kayak craze we are in now but you might get it to clamp on to one I am not sure. This will clamp right on a regular canoe and is priced to sell.

BTW in case you were curious-
A 50lb pound thrust motor will use about one amp at 12v or 600w. 600w is equal to just over . 8hp. If you throw in an efficiency of roughly 75%, it is the equivalentof just over a 1hp motor.
