This is a like new take-off from an unfired Recce upper from Centurion Arms. I ended up swapping it out for one of their CMR MLOK rails which is why this is up for sale.
It retails for $310 new and I am listing this at $175 shipped firm by USPS. It will come in the box the CMR rail came in with all the hardware and USGI barrel nut. The only marks I could find are on the bottom of the handguard and pictured below.
