Item Description: This is a rather nice blued Colt Python with a 4 inch barrel. It was made in 1977. It has been fired very little although a round count is not available as the original owner is deceased. The Python was kept in a drawer for the past 20 years wrapped in a pink towel that will go with the gun. The gun is in great shape with everything working as it should. The action is smooth and the lock up tight. There is a small scratch on the cylinder and some slight wear on some high points. I have tried to show that in the photos. The grips are vintage Mustangs that have been on the gun for a while. Mustang grips were a quality custom grip company back in the 60s and 70s until a California "No-Fault" divorce closed its doors.
