Item Description: I took this out (7/28/17) of my 2004 F-150 FX4 Supercrew so I could put a storage box under the seat. It is compatible with 04-08 f150 supercrew trucks with the audiophile radio.(Maybe others as well but you will have to research your vehicle). I have the mounting bolts with it as well.
It works fine and sounds great.
