Item Description: 1997 Ford F-150 XLT extended cab with 5.4L V8 220 HP Triton engine. It is rear wheel drive 4x2 and has 201010 miles. Clean title in hand. No major damage or rust. No accidents.

Excellent and powerful truck for work, hauling or local projects that just need a truck. Everyone needs a good truck.

I am the second owner of this truck. It was ordered brand new from Ford by the original owner as his retirement present. He enjoyed it until I bought it from him in March 2016 about 6 months before his death. He was unable to drive anymore and sold it to me. The truck has been well maintained and has all records-it was his baby. I personally drove this truck sparingly for a total of about a total of about 2500-3K miles since 2016. I used it lightly as a household truck for general home and yard maintenance and a spare vehicle when my daily driver was down. Drives like a Cadillac and is powerful. Great truck and will be sad to see it go. I am selling now because I bought a newer truck and sadly it now sits in my driveway. I am hopeful someone will put her to use more than I can.

Features:

United Welding Service Diamond plated Tuff Box in truck bed with jumper cables.

Weather Tech Heavy Duty truck bed mat in matte black. Super thick and indestructible. Bed Liner underneath heavy liner perfect.

Largest V8 5.4L Triton 220HP motor Ford offered for this model.

Power windows, power locks, and power driver seat.

What I have done to it:

New brakes and rotors installed August 2022.

Rear shocks installed Spring 2020.

New drivers side and passenger side door rubber Spring 2021.

New fuse box, relays and fuses and GMO module installed July 2022.

New alternator and serpentine belt 2021.

Recent oil change today at 201010 miles.

Purchased new factory headlights still NIB (Not installed). $150 purchase.

New battery 2021.

New drivers side power window/lock control 2021.

New fuel injectors 2021.

New plugs 2021.

New PCV valve 2021.

Radiator drained and flushed 2021.

Detailed and washed today.

Usual routine maintenance since purchase.

What does it need:

Truck will likely needs tires at some point.

AC blew very cold air last year however today its blowing mildly cool air now so AC may need a recharge or other work. Heater blower blows air but it is not warm.. AC/Heat is outside my wheelhouse or what I can or will do.

Absolutely No trades unless it is Milsurp rarity or might consider quality American gold dollars, or quality Morgan Silver dollars.

M1941 Johnson Automatic rifle tops the Milsurp list. German Lugers or other fine pieces second

First posted “I will take it” gets it. PM with any questions. Gladly send any additional pictures on request. Will meet within 25 miles of Rome Ga with serious buyers only.

had some electrical gremlins in odd places. Replaced box all issues gone. Fuse box had some corrosion in contacts. Truck sits most of the time and likely gets hot and cold thus condensation. If Im replacing fuse box why not replace GMO while Im there it's attached to fuse box. Right thing to do
