Very good condition. Empty weight only 4930 lbs. Pulls great with F-150. Everything works. Ducted heat and air. Electric hitch lift, 1 slide, awning, outside sink and shower, bike rack, Good tires and spare, queen bed in front with double and single bunks in rear. Sofa and dinette make beds and extend with slide. New AC unit. The camper has never leaked but we installed a new $7000 membrane roof in 2014. Will include flat screen TV and DVD player, small portable gas grille, fold-up mat for canopy area. Winter cover and other misc. items will be included. Truck hitch, load leveler bars, and sway bar included. Ready to hook up and go camping.
