I have a 1999 200HP Evinrude 25” shaft with the controls, harness, oil tank, battery cables, and I’ll even throw in the batteries and batteries switch. It has 140psi +/- 3 on all cylinders. You can bring a gauge or I can show you, perfect compression. I can not get it to spark. I have tried fuses, relays, and throttle position sensor. I can’t figure it out and moving on. It also has a new starter and fuel filter. $1500 obo would consider partial trades for plasma cutter, stihl pole saw, second amendment items, atv, dirt bike. Atv/dirt bike can need work. I can help you mount it on your boat or put it in your truck bed / trailer.
