Very little,it is framed with less than a complete 8' 2x4 and a 10' 2x2.The plywood is between the seat and front not over them so it was less than 3'x3' and keeps the floor low as possible. Come pick it up and try it out,i have an electric lake 5 min from my house,if you don't like it don't buy it
