The rifle was plant made by Defense Procurement Manufacturing Service. (DPMS). If you're not familiar with it, they also make Bushmaster and various parts for Colt, River, Smith&Wesson Ar's.. They are part of Remington Arms.

Every thing is brand new. It's never been fired and comes with factory papers and boxes. The manufacturers warranty cards are included so factory warranties apply.

If you're seriously in the market, this gun is really worth a look. The closest new one that I've seen locally in gun shops is priced higher. Plus with this one there's no sales tax or registration required.
