Item Description: Up for sale is my Chinese double barrel shotgun. It's in pretty good shape and functions flawlessly. Only negative is both barrels are slightly bulged at the muzzle. Not sure why, it was like that when I bought it. It was my house gun for a while until I bought another shotgun.

Could the barrels be cut down to remove the bulges without making the barrel length less than 18.25" ?

(And I do realize that 18" is the legal minimum. However I never cut barrels that short - always a bit longer for added safety margins)

Yes. You could cut them back and be very safe. They're just past the 19 inch mark by my measuring tape.
