I think it's a perfectly valid question. Romanian PSL vs Russian VEPR? If it was a true SVD the price would be significantly more and the magwell would be further forward on the receiver. Good looking gun though OP. I'd buy it if I had the cash.

It's a Romanian PSL. Upon import, some were stamped rpk dragunov. It is not a Russian svd. Totally different engine under the hood
