Item Description: This is a Maverick 45 long colt 2 shot derringer, imported by Intercontinental Arms and manufactured by Uberti. It is patterned after the Remington model 95, slightly smaller than your open hand. The derringer is in great mechanical condition and works perfectly. It appears to have been fired very little. I shot it and recoil is very manageable, and almost no recoil with 45 colt shot loads, and they totally peppered my sillouette target at 15 yards. It has a rotating firing pin & 1/2 kock safety. The case hardened frame is very nice, with just a slight rub mark from the barrel opening lever. The barrels have been Cerakoted. The rifling is sharp & shows no darkening or pitting. The grips are original and have been nicely refinished.
These derringer are very popular with the SASS guys and so you rarely ever see these come up for sale. I do have interest in rifles, revolvers & pistols + or - cash as needed. Not interested in black powder or bows. Just make an offer if you have any cartridge firearm trade. Price is $375.00 or trade.
