Item Description: I scored what looks to be a brand new Maverick 88 last month. So then I bought a vent rib barrel for it from GunBroker. Now I have this extra take off barrel that I don't need. It looks like it's never had a round fired through it. It chambers 2&3/4 and 3" shells . Has the standard brass bead front sight and I added a sling swivel stud on the mag tube screw with LocTite so it's pretty much permanent.
Asking price is $65.00. If I have to ship it then it's gonna be $15.00 more. That is STILL a bargain. Just check GunBroker and eBay for 12 gauge shotgun barrels. They ALL start around $100.00. In fact most of the time it's cheaper to just buy another shotgun. Anyway if you're needing a shorter barrel to turn your field gun into a home defense gun this is it. Works with the Maverick 88 or the Mossberg 500. Thanks for looking.
