Item Description: I've cleaned the carb and the piston moves but I've not tried to start it because there are valves and gauges that I have no idea what they do. I have no manual and can't find on on line. The man I got it from states it ran before and sat for several years with gas in it. It has 2 hoses and wand. This is 11 horse power Honda engine. It's on wheels so rolls around well. Seems to be a quality washer but too complicated for my liking.
