Yes I am the original owner the gun is new no wear I just purchased gun its never been fired the gun looks like the last picture in my post looking down the sights the laser is on target

I am not being a smart ass...my 1st time searching for a gun, but curious why you would buy a gun and not fire it.
I have a Glock for my home and am looking for a first time carry weapon...this looks like a perfect size and I know I want a 9mm.
