On the block today a shooter from the safe,
Savage Model 10 with heavy barrel resting in a free floated choate custom sniper stock w/ bipod. The optics are burris and do the job for this weapon as can be seen in the attached pics. This weapon holds sub MOA at 100 yards and would certainly be MOA or better at 200 yards. Trigger has been lightened to a clean crisp break that can be readjusted to the new shooters preference. We took this weapon in on a trade and have shot about 40 rounds through it but we would rather shoot our AR's than this so off to a new home she goes, the paint job is rattle can but it seems like a pretty good job. The target shown in the pictures was with 53 gr Vmax and benchrest powder, the grouping is 5 shots at @100 yards.....All touching.
