It's a compact pistol, so it's small yes, but I have pretty large hands and it fits them just fine. For reference, if you've ever held a G43, I'd say the P938 feels like you're holding on to more pistol than the G43.

I have small hands and the 938 feels great and does feel bigger than the 43 or nearly the same w/ extensions on both.. awesome cc pistol!!
