It's an "I" frame. Without looking it up, I would guess it was made in the 1920s. Probably 3.5".
It's still one of the best pocket pistols ever made.

It sounds like this, based on the serial number in the 170,000 ballpark:


".32 Hand Ejector Second Model (Model of 1903 - 5th Change)
.32 S&W Long ca., 6 shot fluted cylinder, rubber grips, 3 1/2, 4 1/4, or 6 in. barrel,
blue or nickel.
Serial range 102501-to approx 263000. Approx. 160,499 mfg. 1910-1917."

So this gun would be pre-WWI, probably 1913 (assuming each year about the same number were built) but with several improvements of the design that first came out in 1896 and was updated in 1903.
