It has sliding stainless steel top and 4 locking swivel casters with canvas cover included. Picture is one like it, out of town currently. In good shape, not perfect, but not beat to hell. Have tools for sale as well, snap on, matco, and some oddball stuff. Would be better to come talk a look in detail at that stuff.
