Just curious, but how is this rifle regarded as "one of a kind"?

Well I consider it 1 of a kind due to JM stamped before Remington got their fingerprints on them and it the XLR
Barrel. I know they were only made for a certain amount of years by JM. You can find the 336 s/s, or etc but the xlr obviously isn’t produced anymore.

That is a nice rifle. And I hope he gets that price for it, myself. Then you will see mine listed. And yes, its a early JM. Of the XLR run. My only regret is that I did not buy one in every caliber when I bought my 3030.
