Who made the M1 Carbine? Look on the barrel either just behind the front site, or just behind the rear site, possibly under the rear site! Is the Carbine USGI or is it a Universal?

I know its made by blue sky. I had a close family friend show interest in the m-1 right after I posted this, so he gets first dibs. Its not 100% sold, so if it falls through I will let everyone know. The Commando is still available.
