Item Description:
Marlin model 1894 lever action rifle chambered in 357 magnum. No safety, gold trigger and JM stamped bbl. Rifle comes with a XS scout rail installed and a Leupold FX-II 2.5x28mm IER Scout Scope. I believe the rings are also Leupold branded QD 1" but will need to re-verify to be sure. Has sling swivels in the stock.
Rifle is in used but good condition. There is no major damage or issues but there are small scratches, nicks, pings as would be standard of a similar rifle of this age. Nothing that jumps out but I try to acurately describe all of my items. I am very pleased with not only the condition but the function ability of this rifle. Package will also include 7 boxes (350 rounds) of American Eagle 357 Magnum 158 gr JSP factory ammo.
My ability to travel is limited so local pickup in Athens is preferred. Cash at pickup will be checked with a counterfeit detection pin. For buyers who are unable to make it down here I will happily ship it to your receiving FFL dealer for free pending receipt of a USPS money order or other certified bank check that can be verified at a local branch prior to shipping.
I do not require a BOS but will happily fill one out for the buyer if they so wish. I will furnish you any information that you furnish me within reason. If you would like this please inform me ahead of time as pulling one out at the last minute seems mildly insulting.
