Item Description: Good condition M44 manufactured in 1946. Bore is fair to good, rifle is missing rear sight leaf and pin. On Numrich, the rear sight leaf assy is $21 (p/n:299710) and the pin to hold it in place is $3 (p/n:915280). They're both available as of 12:00pm 3-21-13. Rifle has a very distinctive falcon or other bird of prey engraved on the buttstock. Also comes with the original sling.
Numbers match, but I'm selling this as a shooter, not something to be collected. I just never got around to putting a scope on the damn thing.
