I recently picked up an rpk ase10 (has drum mag to, sorry not in pic)
I honestly am not sure how much this gun is worth and was wondering if yall could tell me how much this gun is honestly worth and i wouldnt mind a 1-10 scale rate on it.
It has very nice clean wood and is very clean all inside, it is chrome lined and has bipod and carrying candle, it is a very pretty rifle and would like a honest estimate on how much it is worth and a rate!
Thanks guys! And God Bless!

I wont say what your gun is worth that's up to you. But I will tell you what it is. That is an early 90's RPK clone made in Romania. It is basically a long barrel WASR made to look like an RPK. First it does not have the 1.5mm reciever and buldged front trunnions, has standard 1mm reciever and no extra trunnion support. Next does not have the heavy barrel, has standard profile. Next is the bi-pod is in the wrong place and wrong type, bi-pod should be mounted by the front site, not by the gas block. Not sure but I don't think it has the RPK adjustable rear sites.

Just to add to draftpick's excellent information. That receiver was imported as a single stack and opened up to accept double stack mags. Most that I have seen have a great deal of "mag-wobble". The pencil barrel will heat up quickly and as it does so, POI will drift significantly at distances over 50 yards with each shot.

It's a cool rifle but its not an RPK and cannot stand up to the torture an RPK is subjected to. However, as this isn't full auto and not intended for long term use as a rapid fire squad gun it should last forever.

In my opinion that's a $500-$600 gun.

$700 may move it...i sold one in consignment during the madness (january) and it sat awhile even while being the only semi-auto gun at Ed's Public Safety on the shelf. they are heavy and not terribly accurate, so they are just a novelty. cool novelty though! best of luck sir.
