Bought this and decided to get something else. Has full fluted barrel and is 20” unfired rifle. I’m willing to ship ! Will separate the upper from complete lower receiver. $700 for the upper. And $475 for the complete lower. Shipping for separately is $25 each the lower will have to go to a individual friendly FFL. I can ship the upper to the buyer no FFL needed.
