Item Description: A very nice Schofield "top break" revolver in 45 LC. It is a modern, working, replica, single action revolver by Uberti. It has a 3 & 1/2 inch barrel, blued, case colored, walnut grips. It has box, docs, etc. Will ship to your FFL 01 for 25.00.

you can ship directly to another GA resident, if they are legal to own gun, without involving FFL. perfectly legal, same as a ftf sale

Agreed as long as Not using USPS for handguns (which this FS post is for), and as long as the shotgun/rifle ship is within GA resident/address to GA resident/address.

For handguns and non-FFL licensed seller/buyer, you must use a contract carrier (UPS / FedEx) and not USPS per BATF laws. Then deal with UPS/FedEx in whatever manner you see fit to satisfy their "requirements."

Point being, if shipping handgun from and to a GA (only!) based resident/address...go thru UPS or FedEx and see what their polices are...do NOT use USPS for handguns unless ya wish to maybe have BATF knocking on door. Best yet, just go f2f, confirm legal to own- and you're clear of all the possible shipping snafus.
