It was just checked out by a gunsmith at Sharp Shooters USA, and had new sight paint and a sight adjustment done as part of that. This sale includes:

I'm the original owner. I've had it for about 4 years. Cleaned after each trip to the range. For the last 2 years or so, it's barely been shot.
For the sale, buyer must have a Georgia Carry License or an ID showing proof of GA residency.
