Item Description: This is a beautiful example of S&W's satin blue finish Highway Patrolman. These guns came standard with small N-frame grips but this one has target grips that appear to be original to the gun. Note that the box label shows "Special Features #1521" and I see no other evidence of any special features except the grips. I have other pictures that show the jinside of the grips and cylinder stop if you need to see them.
The finish looks almost as if the original factory rust inhibitor has never been wiped off. Turn mark on the cylinder is almost non exsistant. I have bought new Smiths that had more wear than this one. I hope the pictures tell the story.
