Item Description: SOLD PENDING MEETING.
Springfield Savage Model 67H 12 gauge 28” barrel. In fairly rough shape. Slide action is tight but functional and the trigger works. I have not shot this shotgun. It was given to me years ago by a friend who wasn’t able to shoot it anymore. There is a fair amount of rust on the barrel & receiver, a couple of screws need replacing & possibly one needs to be retapped/rethreaded, front bead is missing, & wood has a fair amount of finish scratches. Bird scenes on both sides of receiver are only partially visible as they appear to have been only lightly roll pressed during manufacturing.
I think that this will be a good restoration project shotgun or a fixer/cleaner-upper to have a good, classic American made shooter that you won’t worry too much about getting a scratch or ding. $80.00 cash & f.t.f. in Marietta or Kennesaw area.
