Item Description: I have a self contained portable a/c machine up for sale. I purchased 2 of these and it's 1 too many. It is a 22000 btu Air Rover. Comes with the exhaust duct and the plug adapter to use on a 115 outlet. These are very expensive, so I believe my price is very reasonable. I used it to cool my 2 car garage, and 1500 sq foot 2nd floor when my ac unit went out. Thanks for looking, Steve

With 22k BTU I think this would be adequate. Keeping that cold air circulating and getting into the bedrooms would be the challenge.

It is up to the challenge, but like fuelman said,circulation would be the key to even air.

What are the dimension on this please?

Is there a line for condensate?

How loud is it compared to a window unit?

It is a bit louder due to no fan speed control, the condensate line drains into a 5 gallon jug with full shut off. It stands about 4.5 feet high, 3 wide and 2.5 deep. This particular unit cooled my 1200 square foot upstairs to 65 degrees when my ac quit working. This isn't a small unit .
