Item Description: Not sure if this is the venue to list this rifle. Hell, Im not sure I really want to sell it. But I thought Id throw it out here and give the ODT the first chance at it. There were 1000 of these produced in 1999 in the Cowboy Limited configuration. It sports the 24" octagon bbl and checkered fancy walnut stock and forend. Im sure any Georgia bushytail would be proud to fall victim of such a fine rifle. But since I cant bring myself to drag it thru the woods in persuit of squirrel dumplins I thought Id test the waters to find the real Marlin fans here on ODT. Its paid for and it dont eat so save us both some time and save the lowball offers for the freshman class. Trade offers will be entertained but the only thing that comes to mind would be stainless JM leverguns. 357 mag would really get my attention. Ruger 77 mk 2 skeletons in oddball calibers with the number 2 in the designation( 22-250,223,260,etc.) or stainless pre lock magnum Smith revolvers in pristine condition. Yes I seem to have a fetish for quality stainless firearms. I never claimed to be a photographer,so if you need more pics let me know.There is no box or docs with this rifle. I do have other JM Cowboy Limited rifles I might be persuaded to part with, along with some nice pre safety models from the 70s and early 80s that might be of interest as well. Thanks for your time.
