I am not sure this cranks and runs. I have not tried to crank it due to laziness
The spark plug wire is removed but that is ALL I know. EDITED TO ADD I TRIED TO GET IT RUNNING BUT COULD NOT...NOW $50 (I MAY GIVE IT ANOTHER WHIRL IN A FEW MINUTES THOUGH! 
) Of course if I get it a runnin me price going up!
You are welcome to come by and look it over & see if it cranks and operates properly. I WILL try to get my fat *^$ out and fiddle with it. May crank up and may need something? I have NO idea but selling CHEAP trying to help someone flip it themselves or keep fer themselves
