Item Description: Here is my Troybilt 8 HP chipper Vac for sale. I replaced the blades and have not used in two years. Motor pulls through but does not start. However, I am not trying hard. Ran great when I put it up. Probably just needs a tune up. Vac part is disconnected but I think I have all the parts. Anyway, here it is. Hope some of you could us it. Let me know.
