NAH, I got my own and the mag pouches are included on mine, along with all the stinkin brass. BUt, I got the plates too (well turned them in at CIF in Ali Asalim). Yeah I dont miss it, but it is sweet.

this go around i have the nasty ACU IOTV (yeah army this trip) But, the first time (1991, 89-97 USMC) it was a friggin flak jacket!!!!! We didnt have the cool stuff then that we do now
