Item Description: Up for sale is my Old Army. It works very well and is, I believe, first year of production. There is a lot of finish wear but it shoots good. I have some round balls to go with it if I can find them. Very fun gun to shoot.

Don't forget about my great great great grandfather carrying it in the civil war when he was a captain under the command of General Lee as well. That's worth about another 2-300. LOL

Add some notches on the grips! I've heard the going rate is $50 each unless it'a a Colt SAA -- then it's $100 each!!

Is that you John Wayne? Is this me? And if I scrubbed the word Ruger and stamped Colt in its place and put colt grips on it, I could probably get close to 4 digits for it. Just the word colt adds $500 to a $300 gun.
