Up for sale is a vintage Charter arms model 1382 Undercover. This one was produced in the old plant in Stafford Connecticut. 2 inch snubbie. The gun is in superb condition. It is chambered in 38 special. It would be hard to find another one in this good of condition. The pistol comes in its original box. It also has both sets of factory hardwood grips and 2 speed strips.Late 70s or early 80s production from my research.
