A Panasonic Automatic Turntable. Same as above, was working before put in storage. Missing cover. Model # RD-7673D. $25
A little cleaning and the nostalgia will return. I didn't attempt to clean them myself in fear of causing damage, I'm an all thumbs kinda guy.
