Item Description: I purchased these a while back, and in a hurry didn't notice they are 3030 bullets, I'd like to trade for softpoint/ ballistic tip 308 bullets in any 150, 165,168gr.

Not gonna lie, I missed the 30-30 on the bottom as well.. This was before they came out with the Sub-X and I was messing around with Subs/Supers with this bullet in .308. Best group was 7/8" over 43gr of H335 2.700" COAL 2,673 avg. Tried loading some for a friend in 300blk, mixed results..

Hornady told me they were to be used at 1800 to 2100 fps not on the faster 308.

I'm sorry but I didn't give them a try with BLC. If you'd like I could PM you some Quickload numbers for a starting point..

fastfish66 I can say I had no problems seating them out past the crimp, FCD on them, and loading them fast. Worst group if I remember correctly was like 1.5".. The core and jacket didn't separate hitting water jugs, however that might be different when hitting bone what not.
