I'm about halfway through Massad Ayoob's book "Greatest Handguns of the World" and there was a picture of his PPC rig... looked just like your revolver. I'd never seen anything set up like that before, and now here's two in two days.

Great book. Here's the pic from it. Sorry about the angle but since IOS 11 all my pics seem to do this on ODT.

This one is a Colt but that sight rib is what made me look twice.

Nice, I actually purchased the book last night off amazon. Should be fun reading when I have down time. Now if I could only ever find down time.

Interesting book so far. There's a second volume as well.

Kind of funny that the cover is all Smith and Wesson (J frame, 1911 and 586), yet I'm halfway through it and haven't found a chapter on a S&W yet. I'm sure he will get there, but it's kind of strange that you see the High Standard Sentinel come up before the J Frame.
