my sons best friend is in week 4 of basic training at ft Jackson
Just got a letter from him today
He is doing good but a prayer will help!. He will be 22 end of May
I just mailed him a Lil care package and a birthday card
If y'all could say a prayer for this young man Keith I would certainly appreciate it


In his letter he said. "It's hard here but i'll get through it"

I hope you don't **** his day up by sending him a care package!
It was a death sentence at Parris Island when a recruit got a care package!!!
That was almost 30 yrs ago, I'm sure lots has changed.
Best of luck to the young fella though!

Nope they are allowed my son just did basic will be 3 years in August
Send . Paper. stamps. Tissues. Razors. Butt wipes

It's 9 weeks and he's at jackson. He will be alright. BCT is not hard. Especially jackson. Dont send him a care package until he gets to AIT. He wont be able to have any of it.
