I think this is not P229c it's a regular not railed P229. P229c has the same slide as p224 and shortened 3.5" barrel.

It's probably some internal Sig codename. Google p229c it was a limited run of a different gun in 2015. The actual p229c has p229c stated on a slide.on your slide it's p229
