Full auto trouble

IMO, one should be able to possess any weapon which they can control.
If use of it can cause harm that you can't prevent, then that's about the only necessary limit, since you're use of it impedes on another's inalienable rights to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.

You can't reasonably control a nuke unless you own a crap ton of land where you can detonate it and prevent fallout effects on surrounding areas, so it's probably .001% of the population, and maybe zero.

A tank or cannon, or fighter jet? Easy to control. A smart bomb? Sure, cluster bombs? sure. Can you control it and play with it without killing anyone accidentally? Then what's the problem? Suppose a fellow has the scratch to buy a F4 Phantom and a few air to ground missiles, and has a few thousand acres in the middle of nowhere to blow up some junk cars. If he wants to spend the money on fuel and his arsenal and that's how he gets his rocks off, then I want to see it happen!

We should never be restricted for what we could do. If that's the case, then every male should be castrated to keep him from misusing his rape tools, and every human should be in a straight jacket because the COULD lose their faculties...
