Out of respect, I won't mention where, but we had a great day with a pro reminding us of strategies we had forgotten.
I was the lucky one that day, landing a 30 lb. Blue cat and a 20 lb. Striper. I've caught a couple of bigger Blue cats, but this fish fought mostly on the surface, which made it easy to see his surge runs. It looked like a Bulldog plowing water. It was a blast and wish we had gotten video of it.
Julie and I had several other fat cats, and Stripers in the 5-10 pound range. It was a great day on the "ribber".
